Born and raised in Southern California, Chris Swanson brings a rich background of real estate sales, agent training and sales management experience to the company. With over 40 years of residential real estate experience in San Diego; an award winning salesperson for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, as well as holding the positions of Branch manager of several sales offices, District Manager and Regional Manager. Training has always been important, so in addition to running the company Chris has taught CalBRE accredited Real Estate and Finance classes and is a Buffini and Company, Inc. Peak Producers Mentor, trained to implement Brian Buffini’s world class business course for agents. Additionally, as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Chris is one of the 2% of REALTORS who’ve received specialized training through a nationally endorsed program to better address the needs of home buyers and sellers aged 50 and over. For handling townhomes, or any property with a homeowners association, Chris is an Accredited Common Interest Development Specialist (CID), and Certified Military Home Specialist.

As Co-Owner of the company Tamara serves various key roles such as, Office Manager, CFO, Loan Processor, Transaction Coordinator and Head of Marketing. Supporting the Agents and Loan Officers is the role she considers most vital and rewarding. Tamara does this with good communication, efficiency, and compassion that extends not only to the Agents, but to each and every one of their clients during their real estate or loan transaction and beyond. She enjoys getting to know each client throughout their transactions and believes it contributes to her personal yet professional style. “Tam”ara takes building the BCS Brand and business seriously, working hard at maintaining a reputation of being a trusted, experienced source in today’s challenging and complicated housing and lending markets.
